Lynchburg businesses react to a potential step backward into Phase 2 – WSET

LYNCHBURG, Va. , (WSET) — As Governor Northam announces he will consider taking a step back in reopening Virginia due to cases of coronavirus continuing to rise, local businesses have mixed reactions. Currently, Virginia is in Phase 3 of the phased approach, ‘Reopen Virginia. ‘ Under Phase 2 guidelines, restaurants would still be allowed to have customers inside, but they need to revert back to 50% capacity.
