As COVID-19 numbers climb, people celebrate 4th of July at Lake Fort Phantom in Abilene – KTXS

Johnson Park at lake Fort Phantom was packed this 4th of July. "We are going to try and celebrate the best we can," said Abel Longoria. The 61-year-old watched as his grandkids played in the water at the lake. His wife is a nurse and he hadn’t been able to spend much time with his grandkids.
